We mentor and offer services where you may need assistance which includes training if required. We can manage most, if not all, of the daily tasks necessary for you to operate your business efficiently and effectively. Most importantly, as a vital member of your team, we are just as invested in your business succeeding as you are.

About Us

Heather Holmes

Welcome! I’m Heather Holmes, a dedicated lifelong learner driven by my thirst for knowledge, passion for reading, and love for art. With an entrepreneurial spirit, I embarked on my first business venture at the age of 17, setting the stage for my career focused on business automation and process optimization. As a creative problem solver and strategic thinker, I have developed innovative solutions for numerous clients across multiple industries. My ability to identify key areas for improvement and implement effective strategies has resulted in increased productivity and profitability for many business owners. Throughout my career, I have been privileged to be surrounded by talented individuals from whom I have learned so much.

I thrive in collaborative environments and have over ten years of experience working with non-profit organizations. Most recently, I was the Operations Manager at the Municipal Pension Retirees Association. For more than a decade, I have honed my skills within non-profit organizations, including my role as Operations Manager at the Greater Westside Board of Trade in West Kelowna, BC. In each of these positions, I sat on various committees including Marketing, Events, Membership, Board Governance, and Advocacy Committees. I still enjoy assisting and advocating for local businesses, seniors, and the less fortunate throughout the Okanagan.

My journey has also included:

  • Contributed my skills to notable companies like Gulf Canada, IBM, Foothills Hospital, Rocky View School District, and the Alberta Stock Exchange.

  • Established Calgary Concierge (Life Assistants), where I provided invaluable marketing, accounting, and executive assistance to small businesses, fostering their growth and helping them achieve a better work/life balance. Plus built and led a team of 35 professionals, including round-the-clock lobby concierge staff for prestigious residential buildings, Princeton Hall and Princeton Grand, located in downtown Calgary.

  • Founded Imagine Virtual Agency, where we help busy entrepreneurs and small business owners with digital marketing, SEO, website design and now implementing AI into their business processes and marketing.

  • Authored a series of books aimed at empowering young adults with essential life skills.

In addition to my professional pursuits, I enjoy contributing to my community by being involved in various activities and organizations. Currently, I serve as the Public Relations Director at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 28. Previously, I was an executive member of the West K Women of Influence, a women's leadership circle, and a dedicated volunteer at the Calgary Chamber of Commerce.
